1. We provide mounting instruction in the early stage of installation

2. We provide technology and administration training

•  After signing the contract, we will provide free training to 3 maintainers and managers of the customer lasting 10 days, including computer electronic and mechanic instructions.

•  After the equipments are put into service, we can arrange 1 to 2 technicians to provide further instruction in the buyers' place, which will last 10 days.

3. Equipment Maintenance

•  After the equipment is checked and accepted by the buyer, we will provide a 12 months free guarantee, after which parts and accessories can be replaced at the basic costs.

• In the guarantee period, we will answer within one hour and provide technological service at scene within six hours.

• During the training and installation, we will provides the installation, circuit graphics and the technological materials including maintenance and manipulation regulations to make the buyers enhance the activity ratio of the equipment.

•  After the guarantee period, the maintenance service only request basic and man-hour costs.
