Debug VMT-100S series of stake examination systems
Daily Maintenance:
¡¡¡¡Please check the following item before the tests.
The infrared signal and the signals of all stakes.
Signals of the onboard vehicle sensors and the voltage of the battery to B set.
The reliability of the transmission between B set and A set.
The proper application of software program and the protection of the virus.
Adjustment:
1. Determination and adjustment of the infrared signal and the pile signals:
¡¡¡¡The infrared signal combines the launcher and the receiver. When the red LED on the receiver lights up, the red line on the display of the computer will light up, which means the receiver can not receive the infrared signal. During the adjustment, please note that the receiver and the launcher must be at the same level and same line.
¡¡¡¡If installed correctly, the LED will die out. Turn the receiver left and right, set it to the middle of the left warning point and the right one, thus it can receive the strongest signal, otherwise the infrared light will be influenced by other strong light and trigger the alarm mistakenly. The infrared set should have a minimum distance to the pile for 1 cm.
2. The pile signal is controlled by a magnetic switcher. The switcher will trigger the alarm when the pile moves from the ground.
3. How to examine the onboard sensor:
¡¡¡¡Normally, when the vehicle moves forward, the light of A lights up on the panel of B set, the forward light lights up after several flashes. When the vehicle moves backward, the light of B light and the backward light both lights up. If the lights of A and B set are not like described, we should check the magnetic sensor on the transmission axis. Adjust the position of the magnetic sensor if it is to far from the magnetic ring, or it is damaged, or in a wrong position.
¡¡¡¡The distance between the magnetic sensor and the magnetic ring should be around 0.5-1 cm. The bolts must be fastened after the adjustment.
4. The voltage of the battery should be between 12+14V, otherwise please check the circuit and the motor. The connection point of the signal cable and the B set must be firm.
5. How to check whether the transmission between onboard B set and the receiver A set:
¡¡¡¡An inspection of the transmission between A set and B set must be carried out before tests. Two men are requested.
¡¡¡¡Turn on the onboard B set, lights up the forward light. The brakes light lights up afterwards. The Same way when pressing the backward button. Press the brake button. The coupling separates and the back wheel brakes. Press the stop button, the light lights up. Those actions prove the normal situation of the B set and the braking system. If the relative light also lights up in A set, that will prove a good condition of the transmission from B to A. If the onboard hand break button in A is pressed and the voice alarm alerts in B and the coupling separates while the back wheel brakes, or when the hand brake button in A is released a sound can be heard to demonstrate the release of the brake on vehicle, the transmission from A to B are proved good.
¡¡¡¡If above movements have mistakes, please reset and retest.
¡¡¡¡If the transmission is still not normal, please contact us.
¡¡¡¡Maintenance and use of the computers:
1. Working voltage of 200V-250V.
2. Do not move the port connecting the computer and A set.
3. Do not copy files freely, virus potential.
4.Do not change any stake examination file.
5.Keep the network stable.
6. Shut down the computer normally.
Common error of the traffic lights
¡¡¡¡Red, green, yellow lights all go off. Please check the output of the controller.
¡¡¡¡One of the three lights is always on. Please check the output of the controller.
Common error of the countdown display
¡¡¡¡Error code: Please check the communication port.
¡¡¡¡Display: Please check the communication port and the polarity.
